The Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) provides a mailing
list of vendors who are actively competing for State business
opportunities. This list is an effective tool for businesses to
market their products and services to state agencies and institutions
of higher education. A business may register on the CMBL either on-line
or submitting a hard copy application with a $70.00 one-year registration fee
